Board of Directors

Karsten Kielland, Chairman

Mr. Kielland is Partner in ACCURA specializing in all aspects of corporate law but, in particular, mergers and acquisitions work, intellectual property and media law. He was educated at the University of Copenhagen (Candidatus Juris, 1981) and admitted to the Danish bar and the High Courts of Denmark in 1984. Karsten is a member of the Copenhagen, Danish and International Bar Associations (and a lecturer in company law at the former), the Danish Association of Company Law and the Danish Association for the Protection of Industrial Property.

Thomas Laurbjerg, Vice-chairman of the Board

Mr. Laurbjerg holds an e-MBA from Henley Management College and diplomas in Business Economics respectively HR & Organizational Management from Copenhagen Business School. Mr. Laurbjerg has extensive experience in the global IT industry, and sits on the board of directors at a number of companies.

Agner Mark, Director of the Board

Mr. Mark has 20 years of management experience from the IT and Telco industry. Since 2002 Mr. Mark has served as Executive Chairman heading the management team of MACH, the worlds leading GSM data and financial clearing house with more than 250 GSM operators in its customer base. From 1990-2002 Mr. Mark was CEO of Dan Net A/S, a leading GSM clearing house and EDI provider established as a 50/50 joint venture between IBM Corp. and TDC. Agner Mark holds several non executive board positions in companies in the mobile industry. Mr. Mark’s educational background is from Aalborg University (Denmark) where he graduated in 1980 with a cand. geom. (MSc) degree.

Søren Bansholt, Director of the Board

Mr. Bansholt has thirty years experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunication industry, twenty of which in senior executive positions in leading companies such as ICL, Olivetti, CSC and Dell. Mr. Bansholt holds several non executive board positions in companies in the mobile and IT industry.

Max Sejbæk, Director of the Board

Mr. Sejbæk is CEO of ProActive A/S, which he co-founded in 1997. The ProActive Group includes the companies Videlity A/S, ProActive A/S and ProActive Innovation A/S and employs more than 80 people. Mr. Sejbæk holds a Masters Degree in International Business.

Rasmus Christiansen, Director of the Board

Mr. Christiansen holds a degree as Electronic Engineer (HND) and has a broad background within network switches, network design, implementation and fault management. Mr. Christiansen has been working for several Telco's worldwide, troubleshooting and optimizing large telecom networks.
